Course "Freezing"

If you encounter "freezing", within a course such as when clicking on the [Next] button, the [Resume] button, or [Table of Contents] or [Headings], please try opening the course in a "Private Browsing" or "Incognito Mode" tab in your browser to reproduce the issue. Private browsing uses default browser settings and will help us to narrow down the cause. Contact the Support Centre if you are not able to resolve this issue.
