How much time commitment of supervisors is expected during the Reimagined Child Welfare Pathway to Authorization (RCWP2A) Series?
The amount of time required of Supervisors may vary depending on the number of assigned new workers, the experience of the supervisor, the availability of support (i.e. mentors), and the skills of the new worker. Please see below for a break down of the expected time frames for Supervisors.
- Structured Conversation: 30 minutes – 1 hour (plus preparation)
- Field Assignment: 1 hour (plus preparation)
- Reviewing course materials: 30-60 minutes
