I don’t see the course I want to register for

  1. If you searched for a course with no results, please ensure that you are typing the Course Title in the search field, and that you have the correct spelling. For best results, you may want to type a single keyword. 
    For example, you can type in the keyword, “Human Rights” to find the course, AODA: Understanding Human Rights Training.

  2. Please note that not all courses are available to your agency and some courses are for specific groups of learners. If you cannot find the course you want to take, please reach out to the myOACAS Support Centre and select "myOACAS Learning Registration/Cancellation Grades Completion Status Policies/Procedures" to submit your ticket. Please provide the following information:

    ·  Your name

    ·  Course title

    ·  The Group to which you belong to as it appears in the myOACAS Learning Portal (you can find this information on the homepage – please refer to the attached image below).
