I need to change / update user account information

Please follow the instructions in the attached guide to update the details on your myOACAS profile within your current organization. 

If you have moved to a different Children’s Aid Society, you cannot update your own profile. In such a case, you must submit a request to myOACAS Support Centre with your new details: 

1) agency 2) email 3) job title 4) department.
