Incorrect Username error message

Some corporations/organizations may issue more than one email address to you as an alternate email address (Email Alias).

For example: (login email for your intranet)

These email alias addresses are not accepted by OACAS Systems. 

1. Please request your login email address from your IT department 
2. Contact myOACAS Support Centre and select "Reason: Account/Login Issues"
3. In the subject field, please enter “Login Alias Issue and Your Name”
4. In the description, please provide:
a. The email you registered at myOACAS
b. The login email address you obtained from your IT department
We will be able to update your account accordingly.
