If you have received the error above, it is likely that your account has not yet been synced with the myOACAS Learning PortalPlease wait for the next sync time then try accessing myOACAS Learning again. 
Please note the times below are displayed in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

If you still cannot access myOACAS Learning after the next sync time, please submit a ticket and select Reason: Account/Login Issues and specify the error message in the description.
